Itinerary Solaison

Listed in the top 5 challenges for climb cyclists in the Haute-Savoie.
The Col de Solaison is 11.7 km long and is a hard climb, with a difference in altitude of 1042 m and an average gradient of 9 percent. It has been choosen as the finish line of the Dauphiné Critérium in 2017.

Departure : from Thuet school (in Bonneville), take the direction of Brison.
Go straight on and at the first interception, you must still follow the direction of Brison (to the right). When you arrive in the village of Brizon, go through it and continue to climb in direction of Plateau de Solaison. You will pass through different localities : Bougeat Dessous et Dessus, les Esserts and la Torche. When you arrirve on the Plateau de Solaison, you must continue for 4 km and arrive to the Col de Solaison.
