. Mountain biking: all-level sessions for juniors and adults. Initiation, improvement, enduro descents and electric mountain bike outings. Wild and original itineraries on trails and off the beaten track. Equipment included.

HIKING: For those curious about nature and the mountains, a daily choice of themed nature hikes for young and old: approaching, observing and photographing marmots and chamois; flora; twilight hikes; mountain pasture life, Savoyard snacks, Nordic walking and much more... Not forgetting high-altitude hikes to the most beautiful peaks in our valleys: the Grand Galibier, the Pointe des Cerces, etc...

. RUISSELING - Aqua-ludic hikes: with your feet in the water, let's conquer the torrent. A fun way to discover the aquatic environment.

. THE HIGH MOUNTAINS: Discover easy glacier hiking for all (from age 10) and climb a wide range of summits: Aiguilles d'Arves, Ecrins, Mont-Blanc, Vanoise...

. VIA FERRATA: three itineraries for children, beginners or experienced climbers departing from Valloire, and more than ten in the valley: sensations and relaxation on the agenda.

. CLIMBING: we organize weekly sessions and courses for adults and children aged 5 and over.

. CANYONING: jumps, slides and toboggans in one of Savoie's most beautiful canyons: aquatic and fun, it will delight beginners and experts alike.

. TRAIL: initiation, discovery of the activity or improvement and training for the more experienced.
