We offer our spacious 70 m² seafront apartment for seasonal rental in Jullouville, a seaside resort on the bay of Mon Saint-Michel on the west coast of the English Channel in Normandy.

The apartment offers incredible panoramic views from Cancale to Granville, including the Pointe du Grouin and the Chausey archipelago.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator, with direct access to the beach. This F3 can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (maximum 4 adults).

We have taken great care to furnish and decorate it so as to welcome trustworthy guests looking for a change of scenery by the sea.

Our sunny apartment comprises :

- a seaview living room (1 bay window and 1 window) with a sitting area, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth audio speakers, a dining area for 6 people and an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, toaster) with everything you need for comfortable cooking.
- a sea-view balcony with small table and 2 chairs.
- a first bedroom with a KING SIZE BED (180x200) and a chest of drawers. We chose a LUXURY English BED with memory foam, silk and cashmere filling and over a thousand pocket springs for quality vacation nights!
- a second 12m² bedroom with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 real 90x200 beds, and a chest of drawers.
- bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.
- separate toilet.
- a large closet in the hallway.

I can provide you with childcare equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, etc.), please let me know when booking if necessary.
The car can be an accessory, shops are within walking distance (800m).

For supervised swimming, we are at the foot of the lifeguard station.

For sailors, we are 400m from the Jullouville sailing club.
