Description
It's a peaceful and pleasant place, with a magnificent wash-house and the Saint-Guirons fountain, a place of pilgrimage on Ascension Day. A short stroll from the village center to the wetland, which can be completed with a loop on the village paths.
This site must have been a major social hub in the past: washhouse, devotional site, allotment gardens, watercress plantation? With its recognized ecological wealth, it's an intimate place where you'll find a very special flora and fauna.
How to get there: Park in the parking lot near the church, then follow the signs to the right. It is part of the Parc Naturel Urbain du Marsan.
