From Col de la Hourcère to Col de Susscous (1121m)

R19-TC-0-DescenteAuColDeSusscous

Description

The route follows the slopes of the Issarbe peak in a profile favourable to recovery. The view here is magnificent up to the discreet Col de la Taillade (1425m). Nevertheless, the best is yet to come with a 4 km descent of pure happiness. Nothing technical or violent, with soft curves in front of the backdrop of the green valley of Sainte Engrace and the mineral massif of the Pic d'Anie. The path enters a large wooded area on the Col de Susscous. The party ends here and the climb must be resumed on the D113 towards La Pierre Saint-Martin.
