This former bargemen's residence, transformed over the years by farmers, has been completely redesigned and renovated with an emphasis on well-being, serenity and a warm welcome.
The house is spread over three levels, the first of which is completely at your disposal, offering a summer lounge overlooking one of the gardens, an open kitchen for breakfasts and meals, and a winter lounge with a fireplace for cosy winter snacks or to read a good novel.

This room is located on the ground floor with a private terrace where you can dine, have breakfast or lunch as you wish. When you arrive, you'll have the pleasure of nibbling on seasonal fruit. The theme of the terrace is garden birds (sparrows, robins, tits, etc.), of which there are many on the banks of the Loire.
Nordic bath and sauna with unlimited access.

A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Loire is the only primary forest ecosystem to have been well preserved at such a latitude. What could be more enjoyable than a tent to observe and explore the surrounding nature? This is an experience that combines the unusual with comfort and respect for the environment.

This stone and lime outbuilding is typical of the architecture on the banks of the Loire. It offers a spacious ground-floor lounge overlooking a contemplative garden where you can let your gaze wander. It is accompanied by a dome covered in fragrant flowers so that you can develop your sense of smell and even eat there if you are tempted. You will need to climb a retractable staircase to discover your cocoon for the night (Japanese bed), a universe centred on nature with warm colours and natural materials (linen, wood, stone, etc.).

This room is located on the 1st floor of the house. It is accessed via a slate staircase. Our king-size bed with linen promises peaceful nights. Enjoy a stylish sitting area to relax in, as well as a private bathroom and toilet for your privacy. A work area is also provided for business travellers. A perfect getaway to unwind.

Opt for a tasty dinner and enjoy home cooking prepared with fruit and vegetables from the permaculture vegetable garden or from a local organic market gardener "Les Paniers de Marie", as well as from local livestock farmers.
Ô Bord de Loire offers a unique menu whose composition depends on the seasons, the inspiration of the hostess and your tastes.
The spirit of my table d'hôtes is to help you discover the traditional recipes of the Anjou region, as well as local produce. Some wonderful discoveries await you.
Drinks are not included in the menu, but there is a wine list with the option of wine by the glass, so you can treat yourself.

The O Bord de Loire guest house also offers a wellness area.
The Nordic bath is a large wooden tub with hot water (heated by a wood-burning stove to between 37°C and 40°C), outdoors. The concept is to alternate between hot and cold as often as you like, ending with a hot bath to reap all the benefits of relaxation for body and mind. And finally, when you leave, you can sit out on the terrace to prolong this moment of relaxation. It's a real experience. In short, pure bliss...
The sauna is a dry-heat bath produced by volcanic rocks in an electric stove, with an ideal operating temperature of 80°C. The aim here is to expose the body to alternating hot and cold temperatures, so as to reap all the benefits. You'll be relaxed and sleep better. If you want to get the most benefit, it's advisable to do two 15-minute sessions, alternating with a cold shower. For cyclists, we recommend waiting 3-6 hours after exercise.
