This brand-new, calm and elegant single-storey flat is located on the ground floor of a small residential building. You'll benefit from a terrace and direct access to the Cellier forest, a great place for walks and trails, as well as being close to all the shops in the centre (supermarket, bakery, butcher's, hairdresser, etc.).

The accommodation sleeps up to 3 people, with 1 double bed (160x200) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It offers all the comforts you'll need. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit. Bed linen and towels provided.

The kitchen has a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are available. A TV and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

Parking is no problem, with a car park close to the building and street parking available.

Entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I remain available by SMS 24/24h if you need more information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
