Available between October and April, watercress delights our taste buds in autumn and winter. With its small round leaves and peppery taste, watercress is a great alternative to lettuce. And it also makes a big difference in terms of health... Go and learn more about watercress!
There used to be up to 60 watercress farms in the Durdent Valley. There is now only one left in the Durdent Valley (and 3 in the Pays de Caux: in Veules les Roses and in Clères).
Rediscover this plant known since ancient times and its health benefits thanks to Edgard, a passionate Breton grower who has set out to grow this crop since 2018. Watercress grows without any chemicals and is harvested from September to end of May... Do not hesitate any longer, the place is worth a visit.
