Located in Seine-Maritime, the cheese making farm Dumesnil was founded in 2006 when Corinne and Pascal decided to make more natural and healthier products, as they received the CE food safety approval and joined the networks of the Bleu-Blanc-Cœur and the Collège culinaire de France (quality recognized by the Culinary College of France).
They are deeply concerned with their customers' health and the quality of their products.
Every day, they make typical raw milk cheese with elaborate and subtle blends thanks to their know-how.
The farm Dumesnil is a family-run farm located in the Pays de Caux. Aurélie came to work in January and has built an extension to the dairy to provide employees' with better ergonomics and to optimise the maturing of our tome cheeses.
Moreover, she added a vending machine selling local products 24/7 in order to better meet our customers' expectations who used to come at the farm outside the opening hours. This allows us to work in partnership with other producers and artisans who make high quality products!
We have also developed a new range of sweet treats: the Domaine du Castillon's cakes and pastries, made using farm produce and less fast-burning carbs while remaining delicious!
