In the heart of the Pays de Bray, come and visit the Château de Merval (17th century), its unique conservation orchard (420 local varieties), its woodland, its lake and its farm.

Completely organic, the 120 hectares of farmland are grazed by 80 Norman cows fed only on grass that produce the farm's Neufchâtel cheese. Standard and small fruit trees produce excellent apples that are transformed into juice, cider and AOC (Controlled Designation of Origin) Pommeau and Calvados.
