From the entrance to the park, the Château du Verger gradually unfolds
from a driveway lined with box and laurel trees. In front of the facade, a lawn dotted with flowerbeds stretches to the picturesque pond, near which a weeping willow stands. Circular paths meet in front of the dwelling and wind their way between tall trees, oaks, elms, maples and cedars, some of which are labelled by botanists, such as the maple-leaf plane tree or the hackberry.
As you walk along these paths, you'll catch glimpses of the château between the foliage, framed by shrubs and copses.
Today, the park has been extended to include a meadow, and a hall
rented out for weddings and other events.
