Description
This cultural and shopping area around the Place Gambetta, which used to be at the heart of the intellectual and artistic life of the city and of which André Malraux said there is "no house like this one in the world" was designed by the architect Oscar Niemeyer and now hosts events that gather both locals and tourists.
