L'Arbalète is the ideal place to meet farm animals, discover the joys of the great outdoors, or simply to relax. Pleasant setting with lovely view of the Scie valley. A gite for 9 people (G2027: children's gite during school holidays) is located just below the P'tit gite. Non-smoking cottage.
Upstairs (attic): - entrance into the living room (95cm TV) which also serves as a bedroom: sleeping is provided in a comfortable convertible sofa 160x190cm (Dunlopillo mattress), - kitchen with dining area (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher for 4 place settings, single sink, 4-burner gas cooker), - bathroom with toilet sanibroyeur, No private washing machine but possibility of using the owner's on request. Exterior: Private garden area at the foot of the stairs with garden furniture, barbecue.
