Family home that can sleep up to 5 guests. Norman house recently renovated and decorated comprising on the ground floor: a dining-room/kitchen, two sitting rooms and toilet; upstairs: two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric cooker (large oven and 4 hobs), extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee maker, fridge with freezer. And all the necessary cooking utensils.
Central heating with cast iron radiators.
The main sitting room has a TV, Wi-Fi, corner sofa; the second sitting room with its convertible sofa bed can sleep 1 person and is ideal to read and rest (books for all types of readers including young readers available).
This holiday cottage is set within a 1,000 sq m quiet garden planted with trees and flowers. You will be able to pick herbs to prepare your meals. Garden furniture and barbecue available. In the area you will be able to explore the Norman countryside thanks to several hiking trails in the village. You will be able to enjoy several beaches within 10 to 12 km.
For your stay, the closest town is Luneray, 5 km away, where you will find all the shops and services needed. The area has a wide range of restaurants for all budgets as well as local and organic producers.
