Gîte "L'orée du golf"

Detached house set within 1,000 sq m enclosed grounds (fenced on three sides and a hedge on the 4th side).

It is located in the hamlet of Veauville, a part of Saint Riquier-es-plains, by the golf course. The windows in one of the upstairs bedrooms offer a panoramic view over a part of the golf course.

Part of the garden can be used to park the cars to to provide easy access.

The ground floor comprises:
- a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and toaster;
- dining room with two adjustable tables that can seat up to 20 guests;
- a sitting room;
- 2 bathrooms, each with shower and wash basin;
- a separate toilet;
- a bedroom with bunk beds (double bed at the bottom and single bed on top for someone under 80 kg) and a single bed.

The upper floor comprises:
- three bedrooms with bunk beds (double bed at the bottom and single bed on top for someone under 80 kg) and a single bed.
- 1 separate toilet with hand basin.

Services:
Depending on the number of guests and their relations, you will indiciate the number of beds used when booking.
The beds will be made when you arrive.

Optional:
It is possible to provide 1 or 2 canopy tents in order to make the most of the outdoor, extend the party area and protect against bad weather.
They are set up and taken down by me.
However, I may decide not to set them up in case strong wind is forecast during the period, including one day before your arrival to set it up and one day after your departure to take it down. In this case I will let you know as soon as possible and of course I will give you back the amount of the service that had not been provided.

You are responsible for:
- Returning the house (inside and outside) in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived
- Towels and toiletries (bath towels, napkins, soap, etc.)
- Tea towels
- Toilet paper
- Charcoal
