Located close to Rouen in Seine Maritime, the two holiday cottages “La Rivière Bourdet” are set in a 240 sq m Norman farmhouse. Separated by a garage, they are unconnected. Each holiday cottage has its garden, its terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and opens onto a 5,000 sq m garden which includes an orchard, a secured pond, a sheep barn and a garden planted with trees and flowers. You will be able to make the most of the hot tub as well as the Scandinavian spa that goes with the 8-guest holiday cottage.

- 1 fitted kitchen opened onto the sitting room with TV and dining area, large storage space in the entrance.
- 1 bathroom with toilet.
- 2 bedrooms upstairs (160 cm double beds) including one with toilet and wash basin
