Situated in a "Clos Masure" (traditional enclosed farmyard), this 16th century manor's outbuilding comprises a 300 m² fruit garden. This holiday cottage, adjoining a studio-flat, has been restored using natural materials and environmentally friendly techniques. Ideally located to visit the tourist sites of the Seine Valley, but also Honfleur and Etretat.
On the ground floor: open modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave), large living/sitting room with fireplace (flat screen TV), toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), shower room with toilet, large cupboard. Upstairs: mezzanine area (sofa bed), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with separate toilet. Heating, electricity and 1 basket of firewood included. Sheets provided, beds made when you arrive. Optional housecleaning service: 60€. Pets at extra charge: 10€/day/animal.
