Kite surf - Formule week-end

Two-day kitesurfing course, on Saturday and Sunday! The programme includes: assessing weather conditions, flying techniques, safety systems and set up, body dragging, waterstart, first exercises.
The group lessons are limited to two trainees. They take place on the beach or at sea from a boat, depending on the weather, the tide and the direction of the wind. The session includes the equipment and the preparation.
2 three-hour group sessions.
