House of 150m2, you will have spacious living rooms, including a veranda of 20m2 comfortable all year round thanks to its floor heating. The house has an enclosed terrace of 50m2 facing west on the front, and an enclosed garden with a terrace of 300m2 facing east, on the back, it overlooks the river, whose access has been secured.
One of the bathrooms has a balneo shower.
Beds are made up on arrival. Towels are extra at the rate of 4 euros per person.
A barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal, as well as garden furniture for lunch or dinner outside.
A garage that can be used as a bicycle room is also available.
