Hello, my name is Evy, a glass artist and photographer who lives in an old farmhouse in La Perrière, one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche region, only 2h15 from Paris
La Petite Grange consists of 3 buildings:
- The main house in which I live and welcome my guests in B&B,
- The old barn which serves as a place for woodworking, painting, molding and sanding glass creations,
- The large barn converted into an artist's studio: glass creations and photo studio, exhibition space,
- Several relaxation areas in the 8'500m2 property: garden, deckchairs, wooden terraces, vegetable garden in the making...
Beautiful views of the countryside, the village and the superb castle of Montimer, whose imposing tower-dungeon dates from 1506.
The region offers many sporting and cultural activities. The state forest of Bellême is 300m away.
The Suite "Asteri" : Independent entrance by beautiful outside staircase, small living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, office space,
Private shower room and toilets, welcome tray, kettle, wifi, breakfast à la carte taken on the terrace or in the workshop in case of bad weather.
