The Pont-Brocard, commune of Dangy, is a former dependency of the Order of Malta. The church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste was built in the first half of the 19th century, replacing an older church.
It is characterized by its simplicity and modesty but above all by its furniture: a set of old naive statues, testimony of a popular devotion and above all exceptional 17th century baptismal font in the shape of a shell, listed as a historical monument.
Next to these baptismal fonts, a wall panel lists the remarkable points of this church.
