For 4 generations, we've been making traditional Normandy charcuterie, including our flagship product: "La Véritable Andouille de Vire".

Our boutique offers direct sales of our products, as well as a selection of local Normandy products.

Visit our workshop, where we make our own handmade, wood-smoked Andouille de Vire. Reservations required (5 people or more). Product tasting after video and guided tour. Length of visit: approx. 1h30, adjustable to suit your requirements.
