Are you looking for a large atypical house, close to the sea and in a quiet environment, with all shops within walking distance? If so, our former zinc works are just what you're looking for!

The outdoor space is optimized for the family to enjoy the sunshine on their return from the beach: parking for two vehicles, enclosed garden, large south-facing terrace in exotic wood.

Inside, it's brand new! We opted for a light-filled renovation, using quality materials and a decor that combines comfort and clean design. We retained the soul of the place, its workshop spirit, with over 3m20 ceilings, a quartz concrete floor, an exposed metal structure and large skylights that bathe the house in light from the first rays of sunshine.

In detail, the house has three levels:
- first floor: the large living room opens onto the terrace, with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge (equipped with video projector). A vestibule, laundry room and WC complete this level.
- the 1st floor is dedicated to adults: 4 double bedrooms (3 south-facing, 1 with a small sea view), 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and, above all, a large landing with a real table soccer table for lively games!
- the children's area on the 2nd floor: 1 large dormitory with 6 single beds and 1 double bed, adjoining a bathroom with bathtub and WC.

In the house, you'll find everything you need for your comfort:
