Located in Saussemesnil, in the heart of the Normandy bocage, our "p'tite maison" will provide you with a pleasant pied-à-terre for visiting the entire peninsula. From Cap de la Hague to the beaches of Val de Saire, from the D-Day landing beaches to Cherbourg, from Barneville-Carteret to Beaumont-Hague, there are many tourist destinations within a 35 km radius. The nearest beach is less than 15 minutes away by car (Plage de Collignon).
The gîte is adjacent to our house, with its own entrance and shared courtyard.
With a capacity of around 70 m², it comprises on the garden level :
A living room with TV, sofa, table and chairs for 6 people, cupboard/wardrobe, equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment).
Bedroom with double bed (140cm), closet. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Pets are not allowed as we have a Labrador.
This is a non-smoking accommodation, and events are not permitted for more than 10 people.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.
Cleaning option: 80?
A deposit of 300? will be applied in the event of damage to property.
Visitor's tax is extra per adult per night, according to current rates.
