In the centre of Avranches, in a small alley, is located this small semi-detached house on three levels, in an enclosed courtyard and sheltered from the wind. Facing south and quiet, you can enjoy the outside thanks to the small wooden terrace. The inner courtyard is accessible by car, the access is however narrow and easier with a small vehicle, a parking lot is available nearby.
On the ground floor, living room with kitchenette, shower room and toilet. On the 1st floor, a lounge area (TV, internet) with sleeping facilities (double bed) and on the 2nd floor, a small bedroom under the roof (2 single beds). Access to the first floor is via a narrow spiral staircase that is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children.
