House for 4 to 5 persons located in Jullouville in a very quiet street at 400m from the sea and the shops (there is everything you need to buy supplies). Ideal location to do everything on foot.

It is composed on the first floor of: a living room (2 sofas) with TV, a kitchen equipped with oven, vitro plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer. Independent WC.
Upstairs: a bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a 140cm bed (comforter, bolster and 2 pillows), a bedroom with two bunk beds and a drawer for the third bed (3 comforters and 3 pillows).

New exterior: large terrace with garden furniture, a lounge and deckchairs. Enclosed garden, shed (possibility to store your bikes), barbecue available. Possibility to bring your vehicle on the ground (gate which locks).
Board games, beach toys, 3 children's scooters, beach rackets, petanque balls, molky, body-boarding boards, fishing equipment are also available.
On request, possibility of lending a wooden high chair for baby.

Animals not admitted. No smoking house.

Take the GR223 and its small paths for pleasant walks or hikes with exceptional panoramas, up to the point of Grouin du Sud, with its surprising viewpoint and tidal bore to admire. Crossing the bay of Mont Saint-Michel on foot is possible, accompanied by a guide. Ideal point of fall for the amateurs of fishing on foot. Many activities are waiting for you in Jullouville and its surroundings : walking, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, sailing, sand yachting, paddle boarding, kitesurfing...

Bed and bath linens are available and charged for the duration of the rental period: kitchen linens (set of 2 dish towels and a hand towel): 4€ per set, bathroom linens (set of 1 small and 1 large towel and 2 gloves): 5€ per person, linen for double bed, bed not made on arrival (1 fitted sheet, 1 comforter cover, 2 pillowcases and a bolster cover): 12€, linen for 1 single bed, bed not made on arrival (1 fitted sheet, 1 comforter cover and a pillowcase): 8€/bed.

Minimum rental 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (derogation possible outside school periods).
