Evangélia, her sons and the whole team offer retail sales of oysters and Imperial Prawns (to order) bred in their ponds. Discover the unrivalled freshness of carefully selected oysters. Also available, bouchot mussels from L'aiguillon-sur-Mer direct from the producer.
An oyster bar on stilts is open every evening from 1 July to 31 August from 5pm to 8pm on the production site at La Faute-sur-Mer. Let yourself be carried away by the magic of marine flavours, in a setting that captures the very essence of the ocean. Oysters, mussels and prawns are on offer to suit everyone.
Evangélia is present at the La Faute-sur-Mer market on Thursdays (April to September) and Sundays (all year round).
