Small stone house located in Saussemesnil in the middle of the Normandy bocage, which has an independent entrance. 10 minutes north of Valognes, 20 minutes from the port of Cherbourg, and 20 minutes from the beaches and port of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, the place is ideal to discover the Cotentin peninsula.
The first floor includes a living room with a kitchenette (gas stove, sink, microwave and fridge, plus a set of kitchen utensils and cutlery), a large open fireplace, a bathroom with shower (80x80 so quite narrow) and toilet. A BZ sofa, a table and 4 chairs are also available.
On the first floor there is a spacious and bright bedroom with two double beds and a closet and desk.
