The house is a beach villa, completely renovated in 2019.

On the street side, you'll find a large parking space behind the automatic gate.
On the sea side, a large double terrace and garden for children to enjoy.

Inside, it's brand new! We've opted for a bright renovation, using quality materials and a decor that combines comfort and clean design.

In detail, the house comprises :
- 1 large living room on the first floor with open-plan kitchen, dining room opening onto the terrace, double lounge (one equipped with a video projector) and hallway
- adult accommodation on the 1st floor, with 4 double bedrooms
- the children's area on the 2nd floor, with 1 large dormitory with 5 single beds, adjoining a games room with table soccer and coffee machine

For larger groups only (+ 13 beds), the annex of the house will be accessible:
