This house is part of a complex of two independent semi-detached houses (separated by a hedge), each with a small outside garden, private south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, private parking for 2 cars and/or boat on trailer.

Located 25 m from the beach, the boat slipway and the coastal promenade overlooking the beach and leading to the resort center.

Very bright house (north-south light) comprising a large living room with 150cm double sofa bed (1 comforter and 2 pillows provided), 1 bedroom with 140cm double bed (1 comforter and 2 pillows provided), fully-equipped kitchen, shower room with toilet.

Animals accepted or not, depending on species and size (to be specified by prospective tenants when booking).

Reduced rental rates from 2 consecutive weeks.
Weekly rentals start on Saturday at 12pm and end on the following Saturday at 10am. During the summer high season (late June to early September), rentals are exclusively by the week.
Possibility of renting both houses at the same time, subject to availability.

Location: 8 km from the port of Granville and 50 km from Mont Saint-Michel by car, ideal for fishing and hiking.

Plus: slipway to the sea 25 m away for owners of small sailboats or motorboats.
