The "Familial" is a 120 m2 accommodation ideal for families, friends or colleagues.
The gîte and its terraces are private.
The gîte is located on a property with 4 other gîtes and the owners? home.

On the first floor, a large living room with dining area for 12/14 people, sitting area with 2-person sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen (hob, dishwasher) and WC.
Upstairs, one bedroom with two single beds (140x190) and en-suite shower room and WC, two bedrooms with 1 single bed (90x190) and 1 double bed (140x190), each with en-suite shower room and WC.
Outside, a large south-facing terrace with furniture and barbecue, a terrace with garden furniture and 3/4 parking space. Please consider carpooling.

To enhance your stay, you'll have access to the garden and swimming pool (shared by all gîtes) and its terrace.
The pool is heated, covered depending on the weather, and open all year round from 11am to 10pm.
A sauna is available (session optional) on the pool terrace during pool opening hours.
