House facing the sea with a magnificent view of Cherbourg harbor. It is attached to the house but located in a quiet cul-de-sac leading to the beach, and has a terrace and garden facing the sea.
This house can accommodate up to 8 people, and was completely renovated in 2021.
On the ground floor, there's a lovely 50m² living room with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), a sitting room with sofa, TV and free WIFI, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a small storeroom with washing machine.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). The landing has a pull-out bed for 1 or 2 people and a shower room with toilet.
The house is ideally located 50m from a picturesque Normandy port, with the Cité de la Mer 10 minutes away, the D-Day sites 45 minutes away and Mont Saint-Michel 2 hours away by car.
