There has been an exceptionally successful transfiguration of this old dairy, built in 1909, standing 3 km from the beaches, 5 km from Barfleur and 20 minutes from Cherbourg. The owners, falling under the spell of this disaffected factory, decided to create their own guest house. The structure and interior were wisely preserved in the desire to maintain the sobriety of the materials which are eloquently historic. The interior decorations, gleaned from second-hand shops, sale-rooms and jumble-sales, are sagely composed while the furniture once destined for work, give character to this magnificently restored property. Add the contagious smiles of Laurence and Patrick who offer the occasion to share their new art of living. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of which can compose a family suite.
