Description
Le château Bonte, actuellement centre Charles de Gaulle a été construit vers 1883 par Edouard Descamps, filateur et beau-père de Auguste Bonte, ancien maire de Lambersart. Réquisitionné par l'armée allemande lors de la première guerre mondiale, il abrite plus tard des réfugiés pendant la seconde guerre mondiale.
Il se transforme d'abord en école, puis devient, en 1988, une annexe de la mairie et sert, entre autre, de salle de réception.
