Description
The village of Neuville-Saint-Vaast is closely linked to the history of the First World War, with numerous relics such as the Monument des Fraternisations, the French National Necropolis at La Targette and the German cemetery at Maison Blanche. It is also the birthplace of the inventor of reinforced concrete, François Hennebique.
