In the middle of the vineyards, between Saumur and Doué-la-Fontaine, a character cottage restored in an authentic way, for a stay of 4 (or 6) persons. Welcome to the Gîte Les Laurielles, with swimming pool, where you will be warmly welcomed by Marielle.
For a short stay or a holiday in the countryside, while taking advantage of its privileged geographical situation to discover the surrounding natural and patrimonial wealth: castles of Brézé, Montreuil-Bellay, Saumur, Montsoreau, the troglodytes, the Biopark of Doué-la-Fontaine, the vineyards, the museums, the Abbey of Fontevraud, the Cadre Noir (ENE)... discover this cottage of 70 m², its view on the vineyards and its large wooded park.

The cottage consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, linen room, toilet, lounge with sofa bed and upstairs two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath.
Private terrace available with a plancha, garden furniture, parasol and direct access to the secure heated swimming pool (shared by the gîte and the two guest rooms).

The property has a large lawn with outdoor games: a swing, a table tennis table and a petanque court.
A sauna session can also be offered on site (extra charge).
