La Belle de Nacre

"La Belle de Nacre is a charming house, ideally located for a vacation in the heart of the Riva Bella seaside resort in Ouistreham.

On the seafront, we offer you a pleasant semi-detached house of 60m2, including 22m2 of living space, close to all amenities.
Everything is within walking distance: Beach (supervised in summer), Thalasso and swimming pool 2 minutes away, weekly market and small supermarket 3 minutes away, lively shopping street 2 minutes away, first restaurant 15m away.

The house:
Ground floor: the kitchen opens onto a large glass roof that opens onto the west-facing terrace.
The living room is the cosy centerpiece of the house, ideal for convivial moments.
The shower room, with toilet and towel dryer, is functional. The laundry room provides additional storage space.
Upstairs: The master bedroom, with a 160x200 cm bed, is a through-bedroom: on the north side, you can gaze out over the sea, while on the south side, you can enjoy a balcony with two sun loungers for relaxing in summer.

The children?s area features two single bunk beds.
Every room has its own storage space.

La Belle de Nacre can accommodate a couple with two children, and a cot can be added in the master bedroom for a child under 24 months.

This car-free townhouse is located in a lively neighborhood:
The beach is 250 m away (with lifeguard surveillance in summer),
At 150 m, you'll find the tourist office, casino, mini golf course, swimming pool, thalasso?
The first restaurant is 15 m away, before arriving directly on the main street with its local shops (restaurants, bakery, bookshop, tobacconist, chemist, ice-cream parlour, etc.).
For your shopping needs, there's a weekly market (according to a schedule available from the tourist office) 350 m away, and a small supermarket 400 m away.
Free street parking. Paid parking in the area around the house between April and October.
Bikes can be stored at the entrance to the patio, 200 m from the seaside cycle path.

In fine weather, electric griddle, garden furniture on the terrace and chiliennes on the balcony.

For even more of Calvados' attractions, Caen is a 15-minute drive away. The bus stop is 450m away. You can then discover the D-Day landing beaches or visit the Pays d'Auge, the Vallée de la Vire, etc
Caen is also 2 hours from Paris by train, and around 2h30 by car.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, especially in high and mid-season. For other requests, please contact us to discuss feasibility.
