The formulas
- half-day: 9 km, or about 2h30, meeting in the morning at 9 am or in the afternoon at 1 pm in Mios where a free shuttle bus will take you to Belin-Beliet, the start of the descent
- day: 20 km, about 5h30, meeting at 9am in Mios to take the free shuttle bus that will take you to Salles, start of the descent (the return to Mios must be done before 18h30).
