After 12 years' experience as chef at the Jules Verne restaurant on the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Benoît decided to make a change. Fuelled by a desire to rediscover a simpler, gourmet cuisine with an Italian flavour, he trained in Paris with Italian master pizzaiolos.
Today Benoît, a passionate pizzaiolo, puts all his know-how to work to offer you pizzas worthy of the best Neapolitan traditions. Crisp, fluffy dough, fresh seasonal ingredients and a warm welcome: all the elements come together for an exceptional taste experience.
