You'll be 1km from the train station (for a car-free holiday!) and all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, market, cinema, etc.), 2km from the Cazères water sports centre (buoy towing, water-skiing, canoeing, pedal-boating, etc.), 6km from Martres-Tolosane (the earthenware capital of south-west France), 12km from Rieux-Volvestre (one of France's most beautiful detours) and 50 minutes from Toulouse.

The wood-panelled Framboisine gîte is on the first floor of a former farm outbuilding, adjoining the owners' house. Independent access via a small path and then an outside staircase and pretty garden. Modern, stylish furnishings. Public parking in the street.

First floor entrance: living room with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area. 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) with en suite shower room/WC. Ground floor: storage room (bikes, etc.).
Gas central heating. Extra bed for 2 people available in the living room (€8/night/extra person).
