The accommodation measures 110m2 and benefits from an enclosed garden of 1600m2. On entering, you will find a separate WC and a utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, picnic bag, plancha, household utensils), then a corridor leading to a living room on your right; with a very well-equipped fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area (sofa, 160cm flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove); and on your left, 2 bedrooms (160*200cm double bed) and a bathroom. Electric heating. Outside, you will have access to garden furniture, a lounge, several deckchairs, a barbecue and badminton rackets.
