Named after the former hotel-restaurant where Toulouse's notables used to come to "indulge themselves", according to Nadine, the owner of the premises, this beautiful residence has been restored with taste and modernity. Nadine has also made a point of preserving the restaurant's heritage, so you can enjoy the original 50s bar and the cement square floor from the same generation.

In Pins-Justaret, 15km south of Toulouse. Gîte accessible by train (station at 1700 metres, trains to Toulouse and the ski resort of Ax-les-Thermes). The Ariège river is 200 metres away (hiking, fishing, canoeing); the villages of Pins-Justaret and Lacroix-Falgarde are 3km away (shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool); the Parc du Confluent (protected biodiversity reserve) Garonne Ariège is 4km away; you can canoe down the Ariège river from Clermont-le-Fort with Granhota canoe hire 5km away, as well as going to the Roques shopping centre (and accessing the Garonne river, a hiking route on the ViaGarona, the route to Santiago de Compostela); Vielle-Toulouse golf course is 8km away; Muret is 10km away (swimming lake, Horizons Pyrénées events centre, Aqualudia); the Canal du Midi is 17km away and the Auterive Adventures tree-climbing park is 20km away. The first ski slopes are 1h45 away by train.

Once you have parked in front of the gîte, in the enclosed grounds with gates, you will appreciate the large living room with its integrated kitchen/bar area, dining area and lounge; utility room and separate WC. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm, shower room and WC)(2 single beds 80*200cm which can be twinned to form 1 double bed 160*200cm)(1 double bed 160*200cm, shower room and WC).
Gravel terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Shared garden with the owners. The owners live in the adjoining part at the back of the house.
