DISCOVERY: Albi (50 mins by car), 4km from the château of Bonrepos Riquet (inventor of the Canal du Midi) and 10km from the Calicéo thermal baths! Natura Game climbing park 6km. Lac du Laragou 10km (sailing, walks, guinguette). Buzet-sur-Tarn forest (walks, mushrooms, golf) 18km away. Gaillac 44km and Cordes-sur-Ciel 69km (Tarn department).

FITTINGS: ground floor: entrance into living room with kitchenette and sitting area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90cm or twin beds) with fitted mezzanine, private shower room and wc. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) with en-suite shower room and wc. Washing machine, tumble dryer and bicycles shared by the 2 gîtes. OUTSIDE: private terrace, individual barbecue, plancha, garden with trees and shared parking for the 2 gîtes.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT and respect for the environment: A Provençal well, shaded facades and natural night-time ventilation help maintain a pleasant temperature in summer. Wood-fired and solar heating in winter, tempered air intake in winter via the puits provençal.
