Semi-detached house 200m²: Ground floor: large living room with dining area, sitting area (2 sofas, 1 armchair, 1 bench seat) and fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.). 1 bedroom for people with reduced mobility with 1 bed 160x200 p. + 1 bed 90x200, private bathroom and shared WC. Upstairs: 1 relaxation area with library, billiards room, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed + 1 x 90x200 bed) each with 47" flat-screen TV, bathroom or shower room with walk-in shower and private WC. An extra bed can be added at extra cost.
