Moulin à plâtre
Description
Sur l'ensemble du Travers, des Gypsières - carrières de gypse - ont été découvertes dès le XVIIIe siècle par les habitants de Montégut. Le gypse se transforme en plâtre vers 150 degrés puis les blocs de plâtre cuits sont amenés au moulin pour y être réduit en poudre et servir pour la construction ou pour l'agriculture.
