Your guided tour will begin with a presentation of the history and the architecture of Les Invalides. Built by Louis XIV in the 17th century as a place of respite for war veterans, the Hôtel des Invalides now houses several museums as well as Napoleon’s tomb.
You will have the privilege of exploring the Army Museum's splendid reception rooms: the Grand Salon and the Salons d’Ornana.
The tour continues at the Cathedral Saint-Louis des Invalides and the Caveau des Gouvereurs, where you will find the tombs of former governers of Les Invalides and high military personalities.
