Moulin de Citole
Description
From grain to bread? Located in the heart of the Bergerac region, the Moulin de Citole has just had its roof, wings and
its wings and its mechanism.
Built in 1765, this windmill is one of the last remaining buildings in the area.
As in days gone by, it transforms wheat into flour. The interior fittings reveal a complex mechanism driven by the wings, enabling visitors to understand the workings of the spinning wheel and flour mill.
