



Oze vineyard is located in the province of Namur, in Floreffe, in the hamlet of Buzet.Viticultural activity began for pleasure in 2012 with the planting of 200 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines on a plot that was formerly pasture.The vineyard was expanded in 2018.1,350 new vines were planted, bringing the total number of vines to 1,550. In addition to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it now boasts Sauvignon, Syrah, and Riesling.Each vine was hand-planted by the owners in a soil composed of light silt on the surface and clay and shale below.Being passionate about wine, the owner decided to build his business around the vineyard. The idea was to be able to offer various activities, such as training, team building, and tasting events, but above all, to be able to produce and market his wines.Group Activities:Several options are available:Use of the reception area (the space is equipped with projection equipment for holding meetings) for a half-day or a full day for groups of 8 to 15 people, with entertainment.Group activities are accompanied by themed wine workshops, enhanced by tastings.The topics covered range from an introduction to wine tasting, to a guided tour of the vineyard, and an explanation of the winemaking process.There is also the option of accompanying the activity with a tapas-style walking dinner or a pancake party prepared by Decoster in Bois de Villers.Training:Training for New WinegrowersThree modules are offered; these training courses are held once a year.Module 1: Vineyard CreationModule 2: Vineyard Maintenance, Pruning, and MonitoringModule 3: WinemakingTraining for Individuals: Gentle Vine PruningThis training course is held once a year in February.This training is also available in a recorded online version all year round.Tasting WorkshopsThese workshops are available in the evenings starting in April, for a maximum of 11 people.Introduction to Tasting (3 evenings)Wine and the Senses Tasting (5 evenings from April to June)Discovering the VineyardFrom May to September, 4 to 6 afternoons exploring the vineyard will be organized, accommodating a maximum of 12 people.The program includes a tour of the vineyard and its facilities, as well as a presentation.Wine SaleIn 2023, there will be the first direct sale of the estate's various vintages.
