Welcome to Roche Loire. 3 gîtes, 2 guest rooms as well as a pool await you for a relaxing stop in the countryside with family, friends.
The "Gîte Roche" with a capacity of 11 people is located in the original farm, next to the Granite gîte but not overlooked by the latter.
Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.
The cottage offers 4 bedrooms, including 2 on the first floor with private shower room and toilet. On the ground floor: 2 other bedrooms and a complete bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and washbasin), the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room with a fireplace, the living room and its fireplace equipped with a wood-burning stove.
Outside, you will enjoy a large wooden terrace, a barbecue and wooden garden furniture.

Sheets and towels are provided, with the exception of pool towels.

Here you will enjoy the calm in the park and the one-hectare forest of the estate and the swimming pool shared with guests (heated in season).

On foot or by bike, you can stroll through the Bois de Baure on the edge of the property, discover the Pierre Longue menhir, escape for a morning jog in the heart of nature, join La Loire à Vélo 2 km away. .
Ideally located in the heart of the wonders of the Loire Valley, in Thoureil, a charming little town of character on the banks of the Loire, the property is an excellent starting point for visiting the region, between Angers and Saumur. Have a good stay !
