Surrounded by woodland and hedged farmland, our furnished accommodation is located 18 km from Laval (TGV station), very close to the Coëvrons-Mayenne Land of Art and History (see map opposite), which is made up of :
the Coëvrons hills,
the Basilica of Évron
the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne,
the Saulges Caves,
the Carolingian castle of Mayenne,
the Petites Cités de Caractères of Lassay-les-Châteaux, Saulge and St Pierre-sur-Evre,
and the Gallo-Roman town of Jublains, to name but a few.

This is the perfect holiday home for families on a short break or an extended holiday, for business and affairs, for couples to relax or for families passing through, for a weekend with friends... This house, ideal for getting together in a friendly, calm and welcoming environment, is entirely at your disposal.

Capacity: from 1 to 9 people maximum.

On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen/living room and a toilet. On the same level, this house offers a master suite with double bed, a small lounge/children's bedroom and a private bathroom with washbasins and bath.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
A beautiful library is available in the large hallway leading to the upstairs bedrooms.
Outside: a terrace and garden furniture,
A laundry room* is at your disposal. equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Wood-burning stove* (for use in winter only).
- A basket of wood is included for the first fire. Additional wood: see local shop.
- Baby equipment (cot and high chair). Free on request.
Beds made up with linen sheets, cotton towels included in the price for the duration of the stay*.
* Sheets and towels will not be changed during your stay. Please take care of them.

Cleaning can be carried out by us at an additional cost of €100.
